Our programming focuses on getting the best out of you, your body, and your strength & fitness levels. 

1 | workout of the day
(daily WOD)

Each day is different and carefully programmed with specific focuses. 

You will have focused warmups designed to support the main workout, mobility to mobilise your muscles and body effectively. 

Strength/conditioning work with a workout of the day to challenge you and your fitness, constantly surprising and challenging your body (the best way to get better). 

Every workout and movement can be broken down and scaled to enable people of all abilities and ages to access the session.

2 | olympic lifting / barbells

Focused on form and technique to enable safe and effective results. 

Our Olympic Lifting / Barbell classes are taken by experienced and qualified coaches. 

Olympic Lifting has many benefits including improved bone density, mobility, strength and overall fitness

3 | skills, core & gymnastics

An awesome way to build better health, flexibility, and toned muscles.

It's easy to yearn for the quick workouts and quick fixes.

However, to improve you’ve got to build on solid foundations which gymnastics is a fundamental.

We will provide you with great flexibility, skills, strength and knowledge to enhance your abilities in workouts.

4 | nutrition

Start with what you eat.

Physical training is only one part of living a healthy and active life. When you pair our workouts with good eating habits, you’ll supercharge and maintain your results.

induction courses

The first step in everyone’s CrossFit journey is an informative and helpful induction course. The aim is to make you confident and competent with the fundamental movements in CrossFit training. It gives you the skills to exercise effectively and safely.

It will also give you the opportunity to meet other new members and coaches, becoming a member of our great community.

We run our induction courses regularly in a small group or on a 1:1 basis.
