varied timetables simply equals happy CrossFitters!

We operate a two timetable system - Class and Open Gym - so you can be guaranteed of a varied programme.

What’s the difference between them? Attend a class session and you will be safely in the hands of our expert coaches to push you through a workout. While at open gym you can come in and do your thing. As a member, you will have access to our daily programming and so can follow that, or, just whatever else you feel like.

waiting lists

> 24 hours before the class begins

The first person on the waiting list will be added to that class.

< 24 hours of the class starting

You will receive an email with a 30 minute window to confirm your space on that class.


cancellations

You can remove yourself from a class up to 24 hours before start time, after which you are locked in. If you cancel or don't show up to train, the class is still taken from your allowance and/or you won't receive a refund.
